Shipping

Standard sized and weight items will be packaged and shipped via the most practical carrier. This is typically FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc. We will provide tracking numbers as available.

Overweight products such as bumpers must ship freight. These products get packaged on a specifically sized pallet. The product is banded to the pallet and stretch wrapped as best as possible to minimize any chances of shipping damage. Once packing is complete the shipping company is contacted and scheduled to pick up the product.

NOTE: If shipping to a residential address the shipping company will need a contact phone number. If the customer cannot be reached the pallet will be left at the residence. Unfortunately shipping costs have increased recently for a number of reasons. These costs are out of our control.

Please note that we have no control of the product once it leaves our facility. We will provide a tracking number once the product has been picked up. The freight delivery times are reasonable estimates but please keep in mind this is not the same as standard parcel delivery and the estimated delivery date is only an estimate.

Returns and Order Cancellations

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products please contact us. We strive to make sure all of our customers are happy with our products.

Order cancellations are not a problem. Please contact us and we can get everything cancelled in the appropriate manner.
